Duties include attending the monthly Committee/General meetings and circulate to members of the Committee the Financial Reports. Meetings held at Heritage Place - Smirks Cottage on a Mondays, monthly. Role includes invoice payments. Receipting income. Willing to train but prefer someone to have previous bookkeeping skills. Budget under $20K so great for a beginner in accounts. The office is open Monday and Wednesday mornings. Maintain a register of members and carry out administrative duties as assigned by the President. Keep in their custody all books, documents and securities and make than available to members as requested. OWN Transport required.
