Volunteer West is advertising this position on behalf of EWAV.
The Business Support Officer will provide administration support including tasks such as data entry and database audit, typing of documents, making and receiving telephone calls. This volunteer role also provides operational support through general administration services as required.
You will: • Support EWAV in developing business administration processes • Prepare templates: letterheads, consent forms, etc. • Conduct data entry, and data audits • Actively participate in team meetings and make a contribution to the enhancement of performance quality if and when practicable
Required Skills: • Excellent phone manner • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • Strong computer literacy skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel • Accurate data entry skills
This is a virtual and remote role, the volunteer Business Support Officer is required to commit to 3 hours per week. You will need reliable access to the internet, and a computer, in line with OHS workplace guidelines.
