Margaret* enjoys walking, gardening, nature, watching bird life and train travel shows on TV, and enjoys hearing about world affairs and changes to education. The ideal volunteer will have similar interests. This role requires a person who is gentle, encouraging, respectful, relaxed and positive, and who can chat on world affairs.
You'll need excellent communications skills as Margaret* has some hearing loss. Margaret would also like some help with using her mobile phone. You must have access to a car for community activities such as local shopping or refreshments.
