The work of a volunteer may include a range of activities, including setting up/packing up the area, general cleaning of the area after program. Answering customer’s questions, and relaying information to other staff. Identifies safety issues and problems, takes and monitors corrective action. Engages customers in a friendly and appropriate manner. Drives a positive and proactive customer service culture and demonstrate an active commitment to the culture, vision and values of Council.
