During these challenging times we need volunteers more than ever to support isolated people in our community to feel socially connected again. If you’re a ‘people person’ and would like to make a difference to the life of someone who is socially isolated we would love to hear from you!
Tom* loves gardening, classical music, AFL and his dogs. An intelligent and polite individual, Tom* is hoping to be connected with someone who is happy, understanding and motivating. Ideally you will share his interests, and also be willing to help him build his skills using his computer and phone!
Preferred availability is Monday or Friday mornings, and you may support him at home or by heading out for a walk in the local neighbourhood. The skills and confidence to work independently are a must. Induction, ongoing supervision and opportunities for professional development provided.
