Wesley Mission's Fundraising Team is looking for an office allrounder who can support the day to day function of the team. This position would suit an individual who has administrative skills, wants experience in the not-for-profit sector and has a genuine interest in fundraising and making a difference in the community.

Essential Duties:

  • assisting with mailouts + receipting
  • compiling mailing lists
  • filing
  • follow up on donor queries
  • other day to day administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience:

  • be reliable, dependable and punctual
  • be courteous and personable when dealing with the public
  • be self directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
  • respect and maintain confidentiality of Wesley Mission donors, corporate partners and other stakeholders


  • be part of a dynamic and passionate Fundraising team
  • volunteer with a highly respected charity helping people in need
  • gain work experience and learn new skills
