Tasks include general office and administration support to the Management Committee and requires the ability to supervise a team of Receptionist/ Administration Assistant volunteers and work closely with a team of volunteer Tutors. The Office Manager maintains a positive working environment through organisation and support of the Team, is a team player who seeks ways to enhance services and the overall operations of Gold Cost Seniors On the Net. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add value to the organisation. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience in office management is essential.
