The volunteer needs to -

• Washing dishes and\ utensils, cleaning, and restocking in the kitchen.
• Assisting the cook with the preparation and cooking of soups,main meals and desserts.
• Peeling and preparing vegetables.
• Plating hot and chilled meals,soups and desserts and meal assembly.
• Training on the Commercial dish washer will be provided and general instruction on duties will be given.
• Online Food Safety and Food Transport Training will be provided.
