If you’re a ‘people person’ and would like to make a difference to someone’s life, we would love to hear from you! Edith is a friendly and independent lady who enjoys quiet conversation and going out for lunch on the odd occasion. If you are relaxed and have a good sense of humour, you will be well suited to pay Edith a visit on a weekly or fortnightly basis. By visiting Edith*, you will be supporting her to maintain her social connections and reduce the barriers for her to access the community.
Provide companionship, and support Edith to achieve her social goals. Practical communication skills and confidence to work independently are a must. Participant's name has been altered to maintain her privacy. Interested? For further information, please Call 13 93 75 and quote HE-S-06.
