Cancer Support Angels is an charitable organisation established in Victoria Australia that seeks to grow nationally. We are on a mission to create an army of angels who will help us make sure no one fights alone in their darkest moments. We specialise in providing financial, emotional and social support to those diagnosed with cancer.

It is the role of all Salesforce Architect Volunteers to be responsible for driving CSA through IT innovation. This role will assess solution options, architect future solutions in line with CSA’s desired outcomes, lead developments, and produce overview and detailed designs. You will design Salesforce solutions aligned to the organisation’s outcomes and to the roadmap for advertising, marketing and management of a CRM, in accordance with architecture methods and standards. The salesforce volunteers will provide technical leadership to the wider CSA team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To design, plan and implement the salesforce platform for suitable use in the CSA environment.

● Appropriate Salesforce certifications (Architect Certs desirable)

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

• Training required is only induction into CSA, outlining vision, impact, and mission in order to equip you with the knowledge required to design our CRM,

LOCATION & HOURS OF SERVICES

• Home – 3 to 5 hours per week during implementation phase, once implemented, 3-5 per month • Meeting via teams – 1 hour per month approx.
