Volunteers have many skills and life experiences that can assist in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by creating opportunities for them to blossom. We look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in any of the following roles:
Providing companionship to residents who may not have family/friends nearby. This may include playing chess, doing crosswords or just having a cup of tea and a chat
Supporting a gardening group or Men's Shed
Assisting with art and craft groups, bus trips and other leisure activities
Entertaining residents with a special talent (e.g. music, acting, dancing etc.)
We also embrace new and creative ways of supporting the quality of life of our residents. If you have an specific idea or activity that you think our residents would benefit from, we encourage you to get in touch and discuss a bespoke volunteering opportunity.
