This customer service role will see you nurturing long term relationships with new and existing supporters to grow loyalty and reduce attrition rates.
By securing reliable support streams, this role provides the foundation and financial wherewithal for Canteen to continue to support young people living with cancer.
Duties and Responsibilities: Thank You volunteers work in collaboration with with other team members to provide supporter care and administration activities associated with Canteen’s fundraising team.
Tasks vary from day to day but may include: • Attending to regular outbound calls thanking donors for their support and providing positive information and examples of how their donations are supporting young people • Providing professional, responsive and proactive customer service at all times. • Ensuring all administrative paperwork is recorded accurately and in a timely manner • Processing donations and preparing receipts and thank you letters
