The Good Shepherd Home Townsville has a well-deserved reputation for its welcoming resident environment, attention to detail and homely finishing touches.

With a strong emphasis on creating a genuine feeling of warmth and familiarity, the Good Shepherd Home delivers exceptional care with the specific care needs of our residents firmly in mind. The Good Shepherd Home has been caring for the aged in the Townsville community for almost 50 years.

Our Welfare Shop is moving to the front of the Home and combining with our Café. Our Residents love to call in and can now shop, chat and have coffee and cake.

Our Shop is small however, it does boast good quality clothing and accessories, bric-a-brac of all descriptions, drinks, treats and now coffee, cake and sandwiches.

Volunteers will sell, chat and help café staff until we take over entirely. All Volunteers will be trained on site.
