Your excellent communication skills & previous administrative experience are needed for this role supporting the Administrative Officer. You'll be experienced in Excel & Word, internet/email & able to use standard office equipment. You'll be a quick learner who is able to work independently, maintain confidentiality & follow instructions. The role will be varied & will include basic admin tasks & setting up training rooms (including morning & afternoon teas) & maintaining a small Library.

Orientation, induction and on-the-job training are provided. Ongoing support and supervision from Administrative Officer are provided.
