Pathways to Employment Supporters support Employment Services team with to assist NDIS participants to develop their pre-employment and vocational skills. We specialise in working with people who have a permanent medical condition, mental illness, an injury or disability requiring employment tailored to their abilities.
We are looking for passionate and motivated volunteers who has a genuine interest in and commitment to supporting young people with disability with their transition from school to employment.
We are looking for people with the can display flexibility, resourcefulness, resilience and creativity; with a preference for working within a collaborative team environment.
