Provide training and assist people to connect with the community via electronic means. This role will work either with small groups or one on one to help people with their own devices ( i.e. iPad , laptops , mobile phones ), to make better use of their own phone, iPad , etc .
Training and problem solving to small groups or individuals for the operation of laptops, iPad and mobile phones. The volunteer will also cover how to download Apps, including QR codes and how to be safe when using them.
