Essential Criteria:

• Own transport or capacity to organise.
• Working with children check
• Completed volunteer form and undertaken volunteer induction
• Check-in/sign in to centre upon arrival and departure EACH time they attend the centre.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in providing work skill instructions.
• Previous experience in volunteer management

Skills and Attributes:

• Fun, bubbly engaging personality.
• Ability to communicate with RDA Coaches & Tall Timbers Staff members.
• Ability to assess and determine the capacity of volunteers and assign suitable roles.

Duties & Task Examples:

• Conduct volunteer inductions upon arrival at the centre
• Monitor rostering and availability of volunteers for programs
• Communicate with Coaches & staff in relation to volunteer programming
• Be a point of reference for volunteers
• Develop and undertake volunteer recruitment strategies
