About Us

Little Things for Tiny Tots is a Western Australian charity based in Perth, run 100% by volunteers. We are seeking a new volunteer to assist us as our Client Coordinator reporting to our Chairperson and Committee.

We distribute new and pre-loved essential baby items to WA families in need. We provide a box of “little things” to assist families to care for their newborn with items such as clothing, blankets, nappies, wipes, toys and books. Our volunteers collect and package donations into New Baby Boxes which are distributed via our clients. Our clients are social service organisations including government agencies, non-for-profit organisations, hospitals, refuges and other community and support services.

The Client Coordinator is accountable for activities including:

  • Management of clients including building and maintaining relationships, correspondence and logistics
  • Distribution of monthly order r emails to clients (via MailChimp) and communicate orders to Operations Team
  • New client management including correspondence, processing and onboarding of new clients
  • Management of client database to ensure up to date contact details
  • Track all client orders each month in a database
  • Liaise with clients to obtain feedback on services and products
  • Liaise with clients to obtain information about recipients and testimonials
  • Manage and regularly liaise with Client Support Liaison, who will conduct bi-annual checks with all clients to ensure client data is up to date, better understand order patterns and other tasks as needed

  • Passion, commitment and interest in the charity’s mission
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and reporting on administrative tasks
  • Having a client centred and outcome focussed approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills to for new and maintain existing client relationships
  • Ability to coordinate logistical activities and delivery through a small team
  • Sound IT skills to use and update data and reports
