Role Description

As a Project Coordinator , you will be collaborating with project manager and team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of project. You will be responsible for organizing meetings, coordinating with team, reporting, and building relationship with key stakeholders of project.

Task & Responsibilities

Few of your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support new members of team in settling and assist them with project, work, tasks and goals .

  • Conduct startup and Sprint meetings for project as required.

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and record meeting's minutes.

  • Update to do list for team members and follow up on required actions

  • .Work closely with vendors and stakeholders and build strong relationships.

  • Prepare and discuss progress report with project Manager .

Desirable Criteria

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in project support, administrative and/or coordination roles

How You will be Supported

We believe in our volunteers and their capabilities and hence we give you the opportunity to join multiple teams and swap the role once a project is finished. You can learn and contribute as much as you like while working remotely and with flexible hours that suits you.

You would be mentored and supported by Project Manager.
