The Maltese Aged Care Association of South Australia (MACASA) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Cheltenham formed in 1994. MACASA provides services to help a diverse range of older people to remain in their own homes for as long as they are able.
Our clients love coming to our monthly luncheon at Cheltenham, and our current support group of volunteers need extra hands to help with seating and serving our clients their meals and clearing plates after each course. The function room needs to be left tidy, and this is also the duty of the support group to clean and pack chairs and tables away and sweep the floors after everyone has left. Our clients have lots of fun at these functions and so will you.
Love helping and communicating with the aged community must be over 18.
