Are you a well organised person who has a passion for the environment? The Helena River Catchment Group undertakes landcare and river rehabilitation projects on the Helena River and throughout the catchment. The small group of active volunteers is currently recruiting new members to build capacity for more landcare projects and to fill committee roles, particularly for the position of Secretary.

The Secretary position is responsible for management of membership, correspondence (primarily email) and meeting documentation, with a time commitment of 5-10 hours per month. A handover and training will be provided.

Other administrative and on-ground roles can be tailored to the volunteer’s skill-set and availability, there really is something for everyone who wants to join. All that is required is community spirit and an enthusiasm to be involved!
