HER Africa Ltd

The Programs team ensures that HER Africa’s programs are set up and delivered effectively and efficiently by working closely with the local team in Nigeria who are on the ground with our partner communities. The team is strongly committed to prioritising community participation in all aspects of program delivery.

Key responsibilities -Development of HER Africa’s programs in Nigeria -Coordinate with the local team on the ground to ensure that programs are properly delivered and communities are directly engaged in the activities -Resource and training development to aid program delivery

Skills, experience, and attributes -Knowledge of and experience in program management within the international development, humanitarian aid, or not-for-profit sector -Experience in working in the grassroots and/or voluntary sector is desired -Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders -Exceptional organizational skills -Strong problem-solving skills -Ability to work independently and in a team environment (remotely) -Comfortable working with web-based collaborative tools such as Google Suite
