Alex Makes Meals (AMM) is a not-for-profit company which started during COVID-19 to provide meals for frontline workers. As our case numbers eased towards the end of 2020, AMM pivoted to now make meals for the many people facing food insecurity in our community, many of whom are in this position for the first time as a result of COVID-19.
AMM is looking for a volunteer Head of Human Resources to partner with our CEO and the leadership team and to lead a small, experienced HR team. The role is responsible to ensure we find, hire and keep the right people as well to implement and improve robust people practises, tools and initiatives to support a sustainable business for now and the future.
