Key duties: • Process sectional maintenance inspection reports – identify where action is needed, transfer details to the Maintenance Report Summary (MRS) spreadsheets, amend primary reports as appropriate • Identify where clarification of details is necessary (e.g. in location or nature of problem), follow up with relevant volunteer until sufficient detail is acquired • Maintain records in the MRS • Determine the priority and jurisdiction for action of each task • Arrange for the provision of waugals etc. as required • Collate MRS extracts and regularly forward to District contacts, RTU and SV coordinator • Alert District contacts and RTU to urgent problems as they arise • Incorporate records of communication and notification of task completion (from District contacts and SV coordinator) into MRS

Other: • Attend maintenance team coordination meetings • Contribute if required to Maintenance Matters e-newsletter to volunteers • Attend (6) Field Days annually (where possible)
