Chief Strategy Officer

The United Project

You will work with our highly experienced project teams on our key strategic programs to provide insight and direction into innovative and leading edge preventative workplace mental health programs. We have defined these programs and are now looking for additional strategic insight and leadership from an experienced strategy analyst/advisor who is an out of the box thinker for our world leading preventative workplace mental health and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities • Leads the development of an integrated Business Growth Strategy for The United Project (that is aligned to the Foundation's Declared Outcome and Values) • Responsible for the commercial team and the achievement of targets across the area of Philanthropy & Major Donors, Corporate/Partner Sales, Corporate Sponsorships, Fundraising, Grants and Industry programs • Provides support to the sales team on prospective client/donor/partner calls, as required • Ensures that The United Project is staying responsive to the changing landscape by ensuring our products and propositions are accurately meeting the needs of our target customers • Prepares progress updates for Board meetings (every 2 months).

Qualifications and Requirements • Proven work as a senior strategy analyst/advisor with at least 10 years’ business experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s qualification in a business management/strategy or a related field • Ability to lead multi-functional teams in a complex work environment • Excellent strategic planning and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills.
