The United Project

The Head of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and lead and oversee the following functions: • Public Relations & Media • Marketing Structure & Brand • Design • Social Media Management • United Project Relationships • Website Content Management • Content Production • Marketing Delivery • Marketing Planning • Data Analyst • Search/Media Buying • Social Media Management • Creative Direction

Key Responsibilities • Guides the marketing activities for the Foundation to meet our goals and KPIs • Ensures that the marketing calendar is in place • Ensures that there is alignment and consistency of brand across all channels • Works with the brand, creative, design, web, PR and content teams to ensure plans are delivered • Ensures that the marketing needs of our Ambassador, Partner and Sales teams are integrated and supported • Manages any risks associated with the marketing program delivery • Ensures that decision-making and optimisation of activities are based on (quality) data.

Qualifications and Requirements • Proven work as a senior marketing executive with at least 10 years’ marketing experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s qualification in a marketing or a related field • Ability to lead multi-functional project teams in a complex work environment • Excellent marketing management and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills.
