Head of Customer & Stakeholder Relations

Key Responsibilities • Defining a (brief/condensed) customer & stakeholder relationship strategy, including a definition of our customer/stakeholder groups (“stakeholders”) • Compiling, segmenting and establishing a database of stakeholders • Developing a stakeholder engagement marketing plan • (Working with the broader team) to execute outreach and educational programs (emails, events, webinars, promos, PR etc) to ensure we are maximising our external relationships to increase their levels of understanding, engagement and trust • Leveraging our Board of Directors, Ambassadors and volunteers, where applicable, to provide content and support distribution of messaging.

Qualifications and Requirements • Proven work as a senior Relationships Manager with at least 10 years’ business experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a business development or a related field • Ability to lead multi-functional teams in a complex work environment • Excellent relationship management and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills.
