About the role: Chozen Foundation is seeking an experienced fundraising extraordinaire. We are looking for someone with the passion and experience to support disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Zimbabwe.

We are looking for someone to; Research and apply to various funding opportunities and streams. Research and reach out to potential donors Support in creating the annual strategy and project targets

This position will report to the Community and Engagement Lead.

Who are we looking for: We are looking for individuals who; Previous fundraising experience, from campaigns, to events to sourcing donations Writing skills, including the use of correct grammar and expression Good understanding of fundraising and sponsorship process from development, planning, implements to evaluation Ability to report progress on a regular basis to the leadership team and board.

You will be the first person in post and have the opportunity to make this role your own.

Commitment and Location: 3-5 hours per week, we do ask for a minimum 6 months commitment and we can be flexible on time. Many of our current team work full time and volunteer in the evenings.

This position is open to those that live in Melbourne and you will need your own device and an internet connection.
