The Case Management Officer works closely with the legal service delivery team supporting legal and non-legal outcomes in the areas of law that QIFVLS practices in, whilst also being responsible for building the capacity to empower high needs and vulnerable people, and their communities to take control over their own lives.

The position uses a strength-based / trauma informed approach to build on individual, family, community and cultural strengths. This position is responsible for the co-ordination (and delivery) of Community Education (CE) programs, community outreach and holistic support services for QIFVLS.
