Help rehabilitate the Melaleuca Wetlands on Coochiemudlo Island

We will be rehabilitating the Melaleuca Wetlands, an ecologically and culturally significant wetland that makes up part of the Moreton Bay Ramsar site on Coochiemudlo Island.

Events will celebrate a national day or week, (i.e. National Tree Day, World Wetlands Day), so look out for those. In the meantime, we'll be slipping on some gloves and getting deep into some weeding, tree planting, marine debris clean-ups, wildlife surveys and more!

These events fall under our Revive Our Wetlands initiative in Partnership with Chevron Australia over 3 years. The project aims to conserve wetlands across Australia and contribute to innovative blue carbon research.
