Logo for HammondCare Australia

Enjoy growing and potting plants, and getting your hands dirty? There are six balconies at HammondCare Wahroonga that need some brightening up. Please consider visiting residents who are living with dementia, and work alongside them to do some gardening while making our outdoor spaces more attractive.

Volunteering at HammondCare is a great experience for you, and a great way to make a difference for people in need. You’ll find that as you interact with residents who live with dementia, you’ll improve the quality their lives and yours.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for. All HammondCare volunteers are required to provide proof of their Covid19 vaccination and meet our influenza requirements. We'll provide training and ongoing support.

When you submit your enquiry, please include details on why you're interested in volunteering.
