Induction offered by Aged Care Facility (Lifestyle Manager)

Time required

At least one hour per fortnight. Visiting hours are generally 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri.

Covid-19 vaccination
National Police Certificate

National Police Check, which is arranged and paid for by Queensland Community Care Network. During flu season (typically April - October) all visitors to aged care facilities in Australia (including staff, family and volunteers) must have a Flu Vaccination with evidence to be provided to aged care facility upon each visit. From 17th December 2021, all visitors to aged care must be vaccinated against COVID-19 including having had the booster shot. Please ensure you are vaccinated before commencing your role with QLD Community Care Network. Both these additional measurements are decisions that have been handed down by the Federal Government in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
