We are looking for a passionate person who loves to work with volunteers and is keen to ensure they have all the tools they need to support our furry and people-y clients!

This is a new role with POOPS and will be a rewarding one for someone with experience in management, training, recruitment or team leadership. A love of animals is a great bonus!

The Role: • Build and maintain relationships with organisations that connect our volunteers and their clients with appropriate support. For example, EAP for volunteers, connecting with appropriate services for clients, etc. • Locate and connect POOPS with training opportunities. • Support POOPS Operations team in targeted volunteer recruitment and retention efforts. • Maintain the POOPS Volunteer Handbook with the latest guidelines and procedures.

You will work closely with, and have the support of the Operations team: Operations Manager Operations Committee Sponsor Pet Support Coordinator Area Coordinators Lead Welcome Officer
