We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer/intern research assistant to work and learn alongside our team to search, review and extract data from relevant studies to help inform our next steps.

The responsibilities of the role include: Assist with planned project work in our research team Review, draft and produce research documents for Cancer Council Queensland *Assist with document management for research department

Ideally you will have: The successful candidate will have completed or be undertaking an undergraduate or post graduate degree in a health-science related field and have attention to detail and a basic understand of the principles of scientific research. Well developed written skills, including grammatical accuracy Strong written, verbal and time-management skills Intermediate skills in MS Office 365 suite of tools, including Sharepoint

This position is looking to commence July 2022, and will require an ongoing commitment of at least one day a week, over approximately 12 weeks, with the opportunity to extend if appropriate. The start date and the regular hours of work are flexible and can be discussed with your supervisor.
