The Retail Administrative Assistant provides support for the Retail Manager by carrying out some administrative tasks related to the retail operation for Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury. The role is for a part time volunteer, with flexibility in working time spanning over a couple of days a week.

The key objectives of this role are • Monitor and respond to emails in consultation with the retail manager • Help co-ordinate the supply chain to the shops and the warehouse • Liaise with shop managers and manage requests in consultation with the retail manager • Attend operational retail meetings at H2H office and prepare agendas • Provide any other administrative support to the retail manager as required
