The successful Project Manager will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager and will be the focal point for the project management activities of a multi-discipline team. Key responsibilities/scope ● Review the overall performance of the United Pledge Project and assist with the stages of product development ● Provide leadership to the project team members ● Implement the program management methodology (PMM) as established by the PMO ● Identify where resources are required to support delivery & implementation ● With assistance from the PMO, develop the Project Management Plan and Schedules ● Participate in project governance with senior management ● Manage risk and issues registers and change management processes ● Introduce project level reporting in association with the PMO ● Provide direction and seek advice from Strategic Advisors and technical team members as required ● Collaborate with the Product Manager who is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements  Proven work as a Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience  Demonstrated strong leadership in product development projects  Outstanding organisational and time management skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Excellent interpersonal skills  Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project applications  Experience with PMBoK, Agile or PRINCE2 project management methodologies  A Degree or Diploma in a technical or project management discipline.
