Stuartholme is a Catholic, Independent Girls’ School catering for Secondary Day and Boarding students.  It is committed to the education of young women in the philosophy and tradition of the Society of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  Stuartholme is a member of the Sacred Heart International Network with more than 140 Schools in over 40 countries, educating within the philosophical framework of the Goals of Sacred Heart Education.

The Positions

Experienced Water Polo coaches are being sought for the upcoming season commencing immediately.

The school competes in the BWPI competition. This competition runs from Term 4, 2022 to Term 1, 2023.

Coaches may also be required to coach at some State and National Titles.

Our coaches will bring with them a high level of professionalism, a passion for the game and the ability to work with differing levels of ability in water polo.

Whilst these are volunteer coaching roles, the School offers honorarium payments as way of expressing gratitude to our volunteer coaches and providing some recompense for the cost associated with fulfilling your role as a coach.

Personal qualities and skills

Minimum of Level 1 coaching experience; Excellent communication skills; Excellent organisational abilities; Enthusiasm, a love of the sport and a desire to work with young people.

Candidates are required to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card.

All coaches are expected to support the Catholic ethos of the School and the Goals of Sacred Heart Education.
