The role involves:

  1. Draft each Board meeting’s agenda and send to the Chair for approval.
  2. Issue reminders to Board Members of upcoming meetings and maintain calendar invitations.
  3. Collate meeting papers and make them available to Board Members prior to each meeting.
  4. Attend Board meetings and accurately record the minutes and actions for each meeting and provide the draft to the Chair for approval.
  5. Simple book-keeping transactions to support the Treasurer.
  6. Maintain the Board’s action log.
  7. Manage IT queries from Board Members.
  8. Complete other administrative tasks as directed by the Secretary or the Board.
  9. Provide assistance to sub-committees as directed by the Secretary or the Board.

Skills & Experiences:

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Organisational and time management skills
  3. Ability to work independently and within team environments
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Valid full Drivers Licence
