ABOUT US**

Good Sammy's purpose is to create employment opportunities, training and pathways for people with disability. We employ hundreds of Western Australians with disabilities and you are also supporting them by volunteering in our services.

THE ROLE

As a Test and Tagger, you will be working in a team to help test and tag all electrical donations we receive at our main recycling facility (warehouse) in Canning Vale. You will be provided with training and equipment and most importantly, the experience! We are looking for a team of 3 volunteers, so we highly encourage a team application!

Volunteering in the Warehouse is a great way to gain work experience, build your skills and join a lovely community of volunteers. This is also a great way for you to share your skills and help you keep active!

Each team is very welcoming, so if you’re looking to give back to the community, make some new friends, or an excuse to get out of the house – this role is perfect for you! Volunteering with Good Sammy is flexible and you can decide your hours of work.

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU

• Obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module training- which can be paid for by us!

• Be part of a organisation wide group induction and get a tour of our warehouse

• A Centrelink approved organisation, Centrelink volunteers are encouraged to apply.
