This role with RIAC will help many people within our community that have difficulty accessing services and support due to barriers to completing necessary paperwork or online information. • Deliver and complete administration tasks and project within a given timeframe. • Organisation, time management and record keeping skills • High level of competency with database and Microsoft office, • Sound interpersonal communication – telephone and face to face. • High level of written skills for a broad range of documentation requirements including formal reports, and assistance with gathering information for presentations and submissions. • Customer service always delivered at highest level, to all stakeholders, in a welcoming and hospitable environment.
