Support With Old BizHub Photocopier
Baabayn Aboriginal CorporationWe need someone with REAL EXPERTISE in legacy BizHubs machines, preferably including the Ineo 308 model, to come to our centre in Emerton for a few hours or even less to get our photocopier back online and adjust the settings so that we can use functions like scan to email, print and scan to computer.
We are a small grass-roots Aboriginal-owned and controlled charity in Outer Western Sydney. We run an Elders gathering, a Homework Club, a Mums and Bubs program and a Youth Group. We also provide support to individuals with practical things such as housing applications. Your help would be greatly appreciated to help us save time on everyday office tasks so that we have more time for developing our programs and serving our community.
At one point we had the photocopier working to the point where we were able to use the Konica Minolta mobile phone app to scan to email. However, we suddenly started getting an error message saying that the machine is not connected to the internet. This is odd, because the ethernet cable was still in place. We have not been able to fix it, and now we can use the machine only for photocopying. We would ideally like to be able to connect it over WiFi, but it probably needs a firmware update for that.
When you get in touch with us, please let us know about your expertise and experience specifically with old BizHub-tyoe machines. If you are the right person, a few hours of your time could make an enormous difference to us here at Baabayn!
