We were established in 2013 as a registered Australian Not-For-Profit organisation with the aim of glorifying God by empowering impoverished people to break free from the cycle of poverty. We do this collectively by assisting people establish various business enterprises so they can create a reasonable living standard and become self-sustaining. This is a basic human right. We form microfinance branches throughout Australia and the other parts of the Western world which undertake the following activities: *Fundraising and seeking donations from the local community by:

  • Hosting charity events (e.g., Gala Dinners)
  • Marketing and promotion of the organisation
  • Commercial investments and business enterprises to generate income
  • Growing our branch membership
  • Creating overseas centres for the purpose of establishing small business enterprises among the poor
  • Monitoring of the loan funds and overseas business activities

The Partner Account Manager’s Duties include:

  • Working with our overseas partners to monitor incoming business proposals
  • Assess and evaluate potential proposals
  • Work with overseas coordinators to help mentor them in running the microfinance centre
  • Monitor account traffic using Xero – reconcile accounts regularly
  • Be aware and alert to any emerging issues and help problem-solve when/where necessary.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the way we undertake business development

Skills Required:

  • Accounting and business management background
  • Collaborative Communication
  • Ability to work with overseas partners in a culturally sensitive way
  • Able to assist develop the organisation
  • Familiarity with Xero software essential
