Are you ready to make a difference this holiday season?
Hawaiian Giving Box and Foodbank WA warmly invites you to join us in a festive and fun event that embodies the spirit of giving. As the festive cheer starts to build, let's come together and raise funds for Western Australians doing it tough.
What is Hawaiian Giving Box, you ask?
It's an opportunity to be part of something truly special – a chance to give back to our community while embracing the holiday atmosphere.
This December, we invite you to be part of our volunteer initiative at Claremont Quarter. We'll be wrapping from December 9th to 24th, we're calling on individuals like you.
Worried about your gift-wrapping skills?
Don't be! We've got quick and easy tutorials to help you master the art.
Measure twice - cut once. Fold all edges of the paper for a cleaner finish Tape the first folds to the box/item (where possible) Remove all the price tabs or use the white out to cover the label
Our volunteer shifts have been made to fit into your busy schedule. We understand that time is precious during the holiday rush, so we've kept the shifts short and sweet. With a variety of time slots to choose from, you're sure to find one that fits perfectly into your day.
At Hawaiian Giving Box, you won't be alone. Each shift will have a friendly and supportive group of volunteers coming together to make a difference. It's a chance to meet like-minded individuals, forge connections, and be part of a community.
By dedicating your time to Hawaiian Giving Box, you'll be doing more than just wrapping gifts – you'll be wrapping families in warmth and nourishment. Every minute you volunteer translates into vital funds for Foodbank WA. To put it into perspective, last year alone, Foodbank WA distributed a staggering 7.8 million meals across the state, providing relief to local families facing hardships.
Remember, this incredible impact wouldn't be possible without the dedication of individuals like you. So, here's your call to action: spread the word. Let your family, friends, and colleagues know about this wonderful opportunity to give back and make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
See you in December.
