Work in collaboration and assist the Shop Manager with the following: Product sourcing and merchandising, managing relationship with suppliers, introducing new products, receiving, processing and organising deliveries, restocking shop items, ensuring sales floor is organised, scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate, updating signs and promotions, updating Point of Sale as needed, doing the banking weekly. Knowledge of/ interest in model aircraft kits, diecast models and aviation related items would be desirable but not essential, experience with the Square for Retail system an advantage but not essential.
