The Volunteer Ecommerce Assistant will become a valued member of our Ecommerce Operations team. Working closely with the Ecommerce Supervisor, the role’s primary focus is supporting the team in filling orders and general inventory duties.

This involves:

  • Assisting with packing and fulfilling online orders.

  • Replenishing and unpacking stock.

  • General Stock checking.

  • Assisting with in store retail tasks where required

  • Other duties as required.

For this role you you will need:

  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office capabilities.

  • Great time management and organisational skills.

  • Be physically fit to lift up to 15kg preferred however not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a small team.

  • A "Can do” attitude.

  • Good attention to detail.

You will be trained in manual handling, order packing process, barcode scanning and general online order fulfilment.
