This person will need to guide all participants to check in on our system upon arrival or assist them to register on the spot if they haven't yet, so they can check in before the program starts or before they start any tasks as a volunteer.
With only a couple of staff in the kitchen, it gets very busy and we often don't have enough people to make sure the participants are checked in. If the participants are not checked in, we don't know how many people came in on a given day. This makes it hard for us to know how many people completed x number of meals per day. This number helps us to plan and prepare for future supply of meals to the needy.
