As the Chairperson, you will play a crucial role in leading our organization towards achieving its mission and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Strategic Planning: Provide visionary leadership and develop strategic plans to guide the charity's activities and initiatives.
Board Governance: Facilitate effective board meetings, ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, and foster a positive and collaborative board culture.
Fundraising and Resource Development: Work closely with the board and staff to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the charity's programs and initiatives.
Community Engagement: Represent the charity in the community, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and advocate for our cause.
Help to guide and shape the overall direction of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
