As a volunteer Administrative Assistant at MUTTI, you will be a vital part of a passionate team working to promote social inclusion and empowerment through the arts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong collaborative relationships with the MUTTI team to effectively implement our vision and mission.
  • Participate actively in project teams to deliver exceptional experiences for visitors at MUTTI events.
  • Work in close conjunction with the Chair, who is an esteemed Order of Australia recipient, to facilitate the organization's strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • A staunch advocate for MUTTI’s vision, mission, and values, eager to contribute to a cause that values diversity and cultural engagement.
  • A self-starter who can independently manage tasks while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Possesses great organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communicator with adept written and verbal skills.
  • Can work remotely with a stable internet connection, facilitating seamless online collaboration.
  • Able to consistently dedicate 4 hours per week to support MUTTI's operations and initiatives.
