POSITIONAL RELATIONSHIP Responsible to: Volunteer & Client Services Coordinator Collaborates with: Information & Referral Consultants

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist the Volunteer Coordinator with organising the front desk and receiving clients.
  2. Assist the Volunteer Coordinator with booking appointments where appropriate.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

  1. Answer calls and queries to provide information and referrals
  2. Book appointments for the legal team for clients & information and referral queries
  3. Restock pre-appointment documents and envelopes
  4. Answer the Admin Line
  5. Greet all phone clients, take down their details and handle them as appropriate.
  6. Keep desk tidy and clean
  7. Report any identified hazards to health or safety of volunteers or staff immediately.
  8. Assist the Volunteer Coordinator with any other duties that are required. These may include but not limited to: a. Office stationary orders b. Printing jobs c. Updating the Community Legal Centre Chart d. Tasks from other members of staff that are approved by the Volunteer Coordinator.
