**Why volunteer with us? ** **It's fun. ** Whether it's dressing a shop window, assisting our customers, chatting about the fantastic work that Save the Children does, or sorting through our incredible array of stock, there's a ton of fun things you can do. **You'll be part of a great team. ** Our volunteers come from all walks of life, they're of all ages, friendly and dedicated, and just waiting to welcome you as part of our brilliant team. **It's flexible. ** Volunteering in our store is easy and flexible. Ideally, you'll be available to volunteer one to three days per week, either full day or half day shifts - same shift each week so you know your schedule with us. All activities are Centrelink approved. **You'll be making a difference. ** The work you do will be helping change the lives of children. All profits from our stores support vulnerable kids here in Australia and overseas through programs that keep them healthy, in school and protected from abuse.

**What do our volunteers actually do? ** It's a varied role, but here are the key points to expect:

• Customer service
• Processing sales
• Engaging customers
• Greeting and helping customers
• Preparing stock for sale (i.e. pricing, hanging, steaming clothing, researching items)
• Store presentation (i.e. updating displays, rotating stock, changing mannequins, filling shelves)
